Welcome to MotoTriber. By accessing or using our website at mototriber.com or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or app.

2. About MotoTriber

MotoTriber is a motorcycle rider community platform that connects riders, clubs, and groups across India. We provide tools to discover rides, find riders, join clubs, and build a riding reputation. MotoTriber is a platform only. We do not organise rides ourselves and are not responsible for the actions of riders, clubs, or groups on our platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the MotoTriber app, you will need to create an account. When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@mototriber.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

MotoTriber reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in prohibited behaviour, or is found to be providing false information.

4. Acceptable Use

By using MotoTriber you agree not to:

• Create a fake profile or impersonate another rider, club, or public figure
• Post content that is abusive, offensive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory
• Spam other riders, clubs, or groups with unsolicited messages or promotions
• Create fake clubs, groups, or events with no intention of following through
• Use the platform to conduct any unlawful activity
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or other users
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from MotoTriber without our written permission
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our prior consent

MotoTriber reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these acceptable use guidelines without prior notice.

5. Ride Liability

MotoTriber is a platform that connects riders. All rides listed on the platform are independently organised by riders, clubs, or groups. MotoTriber does not plan, supervise, or take responsibility for any ride, event, or meetup organised through the platform.

By joining or organising any ride through MotoTriber you acknowledge that motorcycling carries inherent risks and you participate entirely at your own risk. MotoTriber will not be held liable for any accident, injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from any ride, event, or activity connected to our platform.

6. Content Ownership

Any content you post on MotoTriber including ride reports, photos, reviews, comments, or other material remains your property. However by posting content on our platform you grant MotoTriber a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the MotoTriber platform.

This means we may use your ride reports, photos, or reviews in our marketing materials, social media, or other promotional content. We will always aim to credit you where possible. If you do not want your content used for promotional purposes, please contact us at hello@mototriber.com.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not infringe the rights of any third party including copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.

7. Club and Group Accounts

Clubs and groups that register on MotoTriber agree to provide accurate information about their club, maintain their profile and activity data, and ensure that their members are aware their details may be stored and used by MotoTriber as described in our Privacy Policy.

MotoTriber reserves the right to remove or suspend any club or group account that creates fake events, consistently cancels rides, or engages in behaviour that harms the community.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

MotoTriber is currently free to use for all riders. In future we may introduce paid features such as premium club subscriptions, featured listings, or promotional placements for clubs and groups. Any paid features will be clearly communicated and these Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly before such features go live.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on mototriber.com including the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, and original content created by MotoTriber is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoTriber will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to accidents during rides, loss of data, unauthorised access to your account, or reliance on content published on our website or app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from your use of MotoTriber will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MotoTriber after any changes means you accept the updated terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
